Vincent MINIER, Glon HR Manager

What differentiates Glon from other employers?

Glon promotes performance and team spirit. Our collaborators are also our colleagues and the management team is receptive to their needs. Career opportunities are open to all: each of our employees is provided with the means to fulfil his professional ambitions. Accordingly, our HR turnover rate is low.

How would you describe the typical Glon collaborator?

We put this question to our employees. A work group was set up in order to determine the common qualities that define a typical Glon employee. Four basic qualities were identified which are very important to us: Simplicity, Commitment, Initiative, Enthusiasm.

The agri-food industry: a major player for the future?

Absolutely! And for three main reasons. One of the major concerns for the future is how to feed the ever increasing world population. The agri-food industry will have to come up with solutions to deal with this. The same applies to environmental issues. Glon has already begun tackling this issue, outdistancing its competitors and securing future jobs. These main concerns have led us to adapt our skills and develop a more technological approach based on innovation and professional experience. The agri-food industry is rooted in the modern day world and is definitely turned towards the future.
