Glon training: Atoo

Because Glon believes in promoting human talent, it launched its own training institute in 2004: Atoo.

Anticipating the future

Faced with the need to adapt the skills of its workforce in order to promote company development, Glon has chosen to provide its collaborators with the means to anticipate changes, increase their competences and professional skills. Atoo widens the range of career opportunities within the group and encourage internal promotion. Atoo also contributes to helping each person fulfil their personal ambitions and match professional experience with different positions within the group through an offer of 200 training schemes a year ranging from strategic concepts to specific technical skills. Since it was launched, Atoo has been doing its utmost to promote new talents, and reward those that are keen to learn and get ahead: Atoo, was created by Glon for those of its collaborators who dare to dream and undertake new challenges.

Sanders Sales Training

Livestock farming is a fast changing sector. For this reason, Sanders wants to make sure the skills of its future collaborators meet its high technical standards. In order to promote the future of the industry, Atoo, in collaboration with the Esa Group of Angers (Agricultural Institute) and the IUT of Angers-Cholet , set up a training scheme for obtaining a specialized professional license in the field of food animal production, recognized on a European level. According to results, 15 of these trainees will be hired as Technical Sales Representatives. The final objective of this training scheme is to hire 20 to 25 of these Technical Sales Representatives to work in different geographical sectors.
