Training is the main lever for internal promotion. Glon has invested in a training institute ATOO, , and over 2.6% of its employees have followed a training scheme. The managerial programme ‘Food for Life’, launched by Glon, involves both our employees and managers, and promotes dialogue and working together for the future of the company.
